EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We give 30 -Days Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
We will not charge you any restocking fees like many other stores do. So you can shop with us with full confidence that your purchase is just like until you are completely satisfied.
Defective merchandise guarantee
All of our items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If you find any manufacturing or material defect in any of our product you can return it for a new one at any time if not worn.
Returns:
Items must return within 30 days and must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Please use a shipping box to ship return items and also include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip for your refund.
Note, we will not charge any restocking fees.
No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise is a closeouts, discontinued, personalized and custom made or item has been used, worn or damaged in any way.
All items returned must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain an RA, please fill out the RAN request form. Please have your order number and the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error. In this case, we will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Free Exchanges:
All items returned to us must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain an RA, please fill out the RAN request form. Please have your order number and the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. There is no extra fee for exchanges. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by RidersMall.com. In this case, RidersMall.com will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges.
Cancellations:
A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all processed orders upon cancellation.
Closeouts and Outlet Items:
No refunds will be given on closeout or Outlet items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a Customer Services Representative.
Warranty Exchanges:
No need to try and contact the manufacturer. We will handle all warranty issues for you. Please contact our Customer Services Department.
Return Shipping Instructions:
We recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation. When sending items back to us please obtain a tracking number from your shipper (FedEx and UPS will give you one automatically, USPS requires Delivery Confirmation). Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not return items in manufacturer's packaging, as they will not be accepted. Please clearly write the RAN (Return Authorization Number) on the shipping box.
